・Battery capacity: 80% or more guaranteed.
・System, camera, sensor, etc.: Confirmed to be in good working order.
・Screen (surface and back): No cracks. There may be minor scratches, but they do not significantly affect the overall functions or aesthetics of the product.
I damaged my subscription device. What are covered by the insurace?
・Deductible per user per device - 5,000-JPY
This means that any damages to the device must be paid by the user up to this amount (for the entirety of the device usage by the user). Any additional repair costs exceeding that will be covered by insurance 100%.
For example, if the repair costs exceed 5,000yen due to screen damage or similar issues, customers will incur 5,000-JPY plus 1,000-JPY and applicable consumption tax.
